Abstract
Gedung apartemen Kawana Golf-Jababeka memerlukan perencanaan proteksi kebakaran berbasis air sebagaimana diatur dalam Permen PU No.26/PRT/M/2008. Tiap lantainya diperlukan indoor hydrant box (IHB) yang mempunyai nozzle pemancar air berukuran 40 mm dengan tekanan air diantara 4,5 sampai 6,9 bar sesuai SNI 03-1745-2000, Metode perencanaan dilakukan dengan analisis kebutuhan, penentuan ukuran dan pemilihan spesifikasi. Perencanaan ini mendapatkan hasil volume tanki 170,325 m³, head pompa 182,845 mH2O, pengurangan tekanan oleh pressure reducing valve (PRV) 6,6035 bar, dan ukuran oriffice plate berkisar dari 29,97 mm sampai 37,23 mm untuk mencapai tekanan sesuai kebutuhan.
