WAKTU TUNGGU PELAYANAN RESEP RACIKAN DAN NON RACIKAN PASIEN BPJS RAWAT JALAN DI INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT SUKMUL SISMA MEDIKA PERIODE BULAN APRIL TAHUN 2021

Prescription service is one of the pharmaceutical service activities to patients carried out by pharmacists to improve the quality of good health services, Good quality is related to speed and accuracy in service. One of those Waiting Time for Prescription Services is the grace period from the patient giving a prescription to the pharmacist until the pharmacist submits a prescription to the patient. This study aims to describe the waiting time in the outpatient BPJS patient prescription service process. This research Design is a descriptive study with retrospective data collection whose main purpose is to describe the waiting time for prescription services at Sukmul Sisma Medika Hospital. The research sample taken was 343 outpatient BPJS patient prescriptions. Recipes consisting of 294 non-concoctions and 49 concoction recipes. The results showed that the average waiting time for prescription services was 33 minutes for non-concoction recipes and 64 minutes for concoction recipes. This has not fulfilled the Decree of the Minister of Health No.129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. ≤ 30 minutes for non-concoction recipes and ≤ 60 minutes for concoction recipes.
